Measurement Plan Intake Form

Welcome! You are here because you want to support the National Financial Literacy Strategy by engaging with the Measurement Plan and its Measures Library.

With this Intake Form, you can submit Strategy-Aligned Measures (SAMs: metrics that allow you to assess progress against the target outcomes of the Strategy) and/or results. You can do this by following these steps:

• Step 1: Review the terms of use
• Step 2: Tell us about your initiative
• Step 3: Tell us about the SAMs in your initiative, and your results (if available)
• Step 4: Share additional information about your initiative
• Step 5: Tell us who you are
• Step 6: Submit

1. You can save your progress and return later
2. You will receive an email confirmation once we have verified your submission
